Consultation Meeting

Meet with your instructor to outline your wants and to learn their expectations. During your initial meeting you with establish short and long-term goals to help you achieve results.

Step 3:
Action Plan

Visit our Calendar anytime to schedule future yoga sessions online. Commit to eating clean and nutritious. Continue to practice mindfulness.

Remember, you will only get out what you put into it. Track your success and follow your instructor’s recommendations to maximize results.
