Step 2:
Consultation Meeting

Meet with your trainer to outline your wants and to learn their expectations. During your initial meeting you with establish short and long-term goals to help you achieve results. Receive your specialized workout plan.

Step 3:
Action Plan

Now that you have received your specialized workout plan, it’s time to put it into action. Visit our Calendar anytime and schedule future training sessions online. Commit to eating clean and nutritious. Don’t miss training sessions.

Remember, you will only get out what you put into it. Track your success and follow your trainer’s recommendations to maximize output.
